Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to drive our lead generation and pre-sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, setting up and managing outreach campaigns, and nurturing prospects through the initial stages of the sales process. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to our company's growth. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and scrape potential leads from various online sources using industry-leading tools. Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to reach our ideal customer profile (ICP). Utilize tools like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a database of qualified leads. Outreach Campaign Management: Design, set up, and manage email outreach campaigns using platforms such as Maildoso. Craft compelling and personalized email sequences that resonate with target audiences. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.), and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. Pre-Sales Engagement: Engage with leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to understand their needs and requirements. Deliver persuasive presentations and product/service information to potential clients. Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel. Schedule qualified leads for meetings or demos with our sales team. Sales Process and CRM Management: Follow established sales processes and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation and pre-sales activities. Email Deliverability: Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure optimal email deliverability and sender reputation. Implement email warm-up strategies to gradually build sender reputation and avoid spam filters. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in inside sales, lead generation, and pre-sales. Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize strategies to improve performance and ROI. Qualifications: 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or pre-sales. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Proficiency in using lead generation and data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo). Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Maildoso). Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Familiarity with CRM systems.
