Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Residential Sales) Company: UrbanEdge Consultancy Location: On-site | 206, Raajpath Complex, Vasna - Bhayli Main Rd, Opp. Nyara Petrol Pump, Bhayli, Vadodara, Gujarat 391410 Type: Full-time | Experienced About the Role UrbanEdge Consultancy is looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in residential apartment and house sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding buyer needs, showcasing premium properties, and closing high-value residential deals. You will work closely with our consulting and marketing teams under Shreejay Properties , building trust with clients and helping them find their dream homes. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with prospective homebuyers, investors, and channel partners Understand client preferences and recommend suitable residential projects (apartments, villas, houses) Manage site visit scheduling, property walkthroughs, and project presentations Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to documentation and final closure Coordinate with developers, internal sales teams, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Regularly update CRM systems with lead progress, feedback, and follow-ups Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing strategies, and area developments Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (apartments, villas, bungalows) Proven ability to handle HNI and premium segment clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills Strong follow-up ability and relationship-building attitude Professional demeanor with a customer-first approach Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English Knowledge of Vadodara’s residential property market will be an added advantage Preferred Background Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields Experience working with leading developers, real estate consultants, or brokerage firms Exposure to luxury residential project sales What We Offer Fixed salary with attractive sales incentives Opportunity to work with premium and luxury residential projects across Vadodara Career growth path into Senior Relationship Manager or Sales Head roles Supportive work environment with experienced leadership and marketing support Regular skill development and real estate market training
