Location Shegaon-444203, Maharashtra On-site, Full-time Job Description Saraswati College, Shegaon is looking for a dynamic and proactive Training and Placement Officer to lead our placement efforts, build strong industry connections, and prepare students for successful careers. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between academics and industry expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and international recruiters. Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, and job fairs. Coordinate internships, industrial visits, and student training programs. Provide soft skills, resume-building, and interview preparation support to students. Track student placement progress and maintain placement records and reports. Collaborate with faculty, departments, and corporate stakeholders to align placement activities with academic goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, or training & development. Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry trends and student engagement techniques. Proven track record of successful placement coordination (preferred).
