Position: Product Sales Executive ( Infection Prevention Division) Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join our Infection Prevention team as a Product Sales Executive . In this role, you will be directly responsible for promoting our infection prevention products to doctors, surgeons, operation theatre nurses, and purchase departments across leading hospitals in your assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Visit hospitals and healthcare institutions within your territory. Meet and engage with surgeons, doctors, OT nurses, and purchase managers to introduce and promote our products. Explain product benefits clearly and assist hospital teams with product demonstrations and trials. Achieve assigned sales targets by ensuring effective product placements and conversions. Participate in hospital evaluations, product trials, and support supply chain teams in closing orders. Maintain regular follow-up with hospital stakeholders and build strong working relationships over time. Submit daily visit reports and update the management team on market feedback and competitor activities. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (Science or Pharma background preferred but not mandatory). Good communication skills in English and one local language. Prior experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related products. Freshers with strong passion and willingness to learn may also apply. Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned city or region. A positive attitude, self-discipline, and eagerness to build a career in healthcare sales are essential.
