The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience of Quality Team Leader with international voice process. Join us and be part of our dynamic team The candidate should have led a team of Quality Advisors/Analysts/Professional in his/her current/previous organizations. The candidate need to have immense experience of Quality Management Process in the BPO world. The candidate should be a graduate. The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts. The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls. The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The candidate should be flexible with shifts. The candidate should possess the following skills: People Management skills Client Management skills Process Management skills Coaching and Training skills Feedback and Performance Management skills Qualifications - HSC/Grad Required Skills Strong Team handling and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills Research, analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Knowledge and effective use of quality management processes and tools Ability to work well independently and within a team Shift Window: 24 x 7, Week offs: Any 2 days in a week, Work Location Airoli, Navi Mumbai
