Sr Team Member – Operations Training

Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Delivery Conduct training sessions on life insurance operational processes including New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, Underwriting, Retention, and Call Center workflows. Facilitate onboarding and refresher training for branch operations and call center teams. Develop engaging training content, SOPs, FAQs, Assessments, and job aids tailored to the target audience. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., Retention, Branch Ops, Call Center Leads) to identify training needs aligned with business growth (e.g., 13th month persistency, STP, FTR, BAWC Dispute, WhatsApp Adoption). Participate in monthly/quarterly Training review meetings to align training plans with business outcomes. Gather feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve content and delivery. Training Evaluation & Reporting Measure training effectiveness through Data analysis, assessments, surveys, feedback, and performance data. Track completion, participation, and performance on LMS platforms (Mobcast, DigiLearn, etc.). Analyze trends to suggest improvements and report findings to senior management. Content Creation & Digital Learning Design self-learning modules, quick reference guides, and micro-learning formats for easy access. Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams for content and delivery. Support virtual training delivery and enhance the digital learning ecosystem. Key Competencies Required: Technical Competencies: Training Needs Identification & Analysis Content Development Process Knowledge: New Business, Claims, UW, Retention, Call Center Use of Mobcast, MS Office, Canva Assessment & Feedback Design Data Analysis & Report Generation Behavioral Competencies: Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Adaptability & Learning Agility Collaboration & Teamwork Decision Making Strategic Thinking Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations training, preferably in life insurance or financial services Knowledge of MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint must Exposure to customer service, call centers, or retention teams will be a plus Prior experience with LMS platforms and digital content tools preferred
