Job Description: Sales Executive Company : Jutron Vision Location : Baroda Gujarat Job Type : Full-time Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in the medical field) Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) incentives About the Role: We are seeking results-driven Sales Executive responsible for identifying potential customers, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships. The role demands strong communication abilities, and flexibility tosss travel within the designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers in the target market. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, social media, and other channels. Sales Pipeline Management: Engage with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of Jutron Vision’s products. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms with customers to secure sales. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Identify new customer segments to expand sales opportunities. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and analyze data for improvement. Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions. Team Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with the Jutron team to align sales strategies. Continuously update product knowledge and improve presentation skills. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for at least 14 days per month. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate (preferably from an English-medium school). Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (experience in the medical field is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience). Sales Incentives: As per company policy. Yearly Bonus: Applicable after a minimum of 9 months of employment. Travel Allowances: As per company policy. Leaves & Holidays: As per company norms.
