Roles & Responsibilities: Gain a clear understanding of the Platform, ICP, Value proposition, and Product positioning. Research and understand the Inbound prospect profile and associated organization. Work on the allocated MQLs, understand their pulse and nurture them as an SME/ Consultant till they are demo ready Take up the Qualification/ Discovery calls with MQLs to assess the Critical expectations and Seriousness of their sales evaluation. Pass on the Discovery details to Sales/ Presales, along with a demo request Consistently meet monthly targets for – MQL to SAL/ SQL Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the Lead Nurturing and Qualification Process Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRM Nurture leads through timed mailers and social media engagements. Desired Skills: Understanding of Technology/ SaaS Platform and SaaS sales Follow-up Approach MQL-SAL understanding and judgement. Hands on CRM Requirement and Qualification: Experience: 3 to 5 years Education – MBA graduate, Business Graduate Past experience – From SaaS Platform/ BI Platforms Timings: US Shift (PST)
