Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to join our corporate office in Hyderabad. This role will lead digital campaigns across platforms, drive performance marketing for sustainability services like Re Analytical and ISS, and build a strong digital presence for one of India’s most impactful environmental brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Execute targeted performance marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO/SEM) to generate leads for services like Re Analytical and Integrated Sustainability Solutions. Use tools like HubSpot and Zoho for CRM, campaign automation, and lead nurturing. Track and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards to optimize ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, ESG, Sales, and Tech teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment. Contribute to SEO-driven website content, microsite/landing page creation, and thought leadership articles. Monitor digital trends, benchmark competitors, and recommend improvements for campaign performance and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in sustainability, infrastructure, or B2B services. Strong command of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). Proven experience in SEO/SEM, social media strategy, lead generation, and campaign analytics. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
