Responsibilities (Multi-role) They’ll cover key areas: 1. Content & Social Media Plan monthly content calendar Write captions, hashtags Post regularly (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Engage with audience 2. Basic Design Use Canva to create reels, carousels, stories Edit short videos using CapCut or InShot 3. SEO & Website Updates Basic keyword research Add blog posts Coordinate with dev for site changes 4. Reporting & Growth Track analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) Suggest improvements Test campaigns (email, ads if needed) Skills Needed Canva or Figma CapCut/InShot for videos Basic SEO (we can train if needed) Google Sheets, Docs Social media trends Job Description Snippet Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Kochi (In-house) Experience: 4-6 years preferred You will: Plan, create, and post content on social media Use design tools to make creatives Track performance using analytics Work closely with the founder/manager Requirements: Passion for digital content Basic knowledge of social media tools Canva and video editing skills a plus Fluent in English writing
