Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to join our buzzing content team. If you're someone who scrolls Instagram for inspiration, thinks in memes, lives on trends, and has a flair for words - this one's for you Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Monitor trends and create reactive content ideas in real-time Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to brainstorm campaigns Engage with community comments and DMs to maintain a brand voice Analyze performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and suggest adaptations Requirements: Passion for all things social media and digital culture Excellent communication and copywriting skills Basic understanding of content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.) Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields Creativity, meme-savviness, and a finger on the pulse of Gen Z trends Perks: Hands-on experience working with major brands Opportunity to be part of a high-energy, award-winning agency A certificate of internship & potential PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) Fun work culture with team events, brainstorming sessions & lots of learning Think you’ve got the Schbang energy?
