About the Role: As a Social Listening Analyst at Schbang, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting digital conversations to provide actionable insights for brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and reputation management. Key Responsibilities : Monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment across social media, blogs, forums, and news platforms. Utilize tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, and others to track and analyze digital conversations. Deliver real-time insights to enhance campaign strategies and optimize content effectiveness. Assist in crisis management by identifying and mitigating potential public relations risks. Track competitor activity and benchmark brand performance against industry standards. Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for marketing and strategy teams. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in social listening, digital analytics, or consumer insights. Proficiency in social listening tools and strong data analysis skills. Solid understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and brand reputation management. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for marketing and strategy teams.
