Role Description: We’re on the lookout for a Senior Content Writer who lives and breathes social media. This role is perfect for someone who knows what’s trending, what engages, and what gets shared. If you can switch tones from quirky to classy within a minute and can write in Assamese, English, Hindi, and Hinglish, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Guwahati office. Key Responsibilities: Create scroll-stopping, relatable, and trend-driven content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X (formerly Twitter). Craft engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling formats for reels, carousels, contests, and promotional posts. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients across different industries. Brainstorm unique campaign ideas and content themes based on brand tone and seasonal trends. Collaborate with the design team to bring your content ideas to life visually. Write in Assamese, English, Hindi, and Hinglish as per the brand’s audience and platform. Stay updated with the latest memes, internet culture, pop references, and regional insights to create content that clicks. Review and proofread content to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency. Assist the strategy and client servicing teams in ideation, presentation decks, and campaign planning. Guide and review junior writers' work to maintain a consistent tone and high standard of writing. Must Have Skills: Exceptional writing skills for social media with a strong grip on hooks, formats, and audience engagement. Deep understanding of current social media trends, pop culture, and digital behavior. Ability to write effortlessly in Assamese, English, Hindi, and Hinglish. Strong sense of storytelling, tonality, and creative structuring. Experience in handling content calendars and working with multiple brands simultaneously.
