We specialize in EV financing, EV trading, and inclusive financial solutions tailored to the last-mile ecosystem. Job Role & Responsibilities: Drive sales of second-hand e-rickshaws through field visits, local dealer networks, and customer interactions. Identify potential customers (drivers, fleet owners, etc.) and pitch product offerings with financing options. Coordinate with the loan team to facilitate easy financing for eligible customers through Finle’s NBFC partners. Ensure documentation and vehicle delivery processes are smooth and compliant. Build and maintain good relationships with local garages, rickshaw owners, and dealers for regular leads. Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent follow-ups and after-sale support. Provide input on market demand, pricing, and competitor activities. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass; graduation preferred. 0-3 years of sales experience in automotive/finance/e-rickshaw sectors (freshers with high energy can apply). Strong communication and local language fluency. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel. Basic knowledge of e-rickshaws and their resale value is a plus.
