We’re Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) Location: Jodhpur Designation: Area Sales Manager Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: Graduate Team Handling: Minimum 4 years of experience We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive performance across sourcing, documentation, and disbursal of AHF files. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end process from sourcing to loan disbursement of AHF files. Build and manage relationships with 50 DSAs and channel partners. Daily field visits with the team to nurture and expand channel relationships. Understand various AHF programs like Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP, etc. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all login activities. Meet assigned disbursal targets in line with credit policies. P&L understanding and basic financial analysis. Recognized performer in previous roles.
