Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to support our HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. This dual-role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, and delivering a great employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (TA): Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Support onboarding processes by preparing offer letters, gathering documents, and ensuring a smooth transition Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring drives Human Resources (HR): Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes Support HR operations including leave tracking, documentation, and compliance Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR communication Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support the performance review and training processes as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in TA or HR coordination roles preferred Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What We Offer: Opportunity to grow your career in both Talent Acquisition and HR A collaborative and inclusive work environment Competitive salary and benefits Flexible work options (if applicable)
