Job description: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) Experience in Administration and configuration of SCCM and Microsoft Intune in an Enterprise Environment. Experience in 2012 SCCM Application model and MS patching Troubleshooting client logs for application deployments. Application 2012 model features and configuration Reporting using SCCM Creating queries in SCCM. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10 OS and antivirus Remote management and troubleshooting Proven experience on Scripting – Powershell, VBScript or other languages Execute changes within downtime window without production impact In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues Monitor, maintain and optimize the Microsoft SCCM and INTUNE systems and environment to ensure performance efficiencies and optimization. Troubleshoot, resolve, and perform root cause analysis on SCCM and INTUNE system and client issues. Manage Security, Application deployments, Remediation and Reporting on application and update deployment compliance
