We are looking for a motivated and passionate Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our growth. Job Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals. Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
