Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration. As a key contributor to our HR team, you will ensure smooth operations and help foster a positive and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal experience to kickstart their career in Human Resources and grow within a dynamic organization. Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Handle the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures. Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and guidelines. Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees. Maintain training records and feedback for continuous improvement. Other HR Support: Assist in exit formalities and offboarding processes. Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics such as recruitment status, employee turnover, and engagement activities. Key Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or related training is a plus but not mandatory. Work Environment: Office-based role with occasional requirements for fieldwork, such as job fairs or external training coordination. Growth Opportunities: This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and lays a strong foundation for advancing to mid-level HR roles within the organization.
