Location- Bangalore- Bommanahalli- AMR Tech Park Offered CTC- 7- 8 LPA Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Master-level candidate to join our academic department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content on research methods, data analytics, and technology courses. Additionally, the candidate will learn and apply effective methodologies in thesis and research proposal marking, ensuring accurate grading standards. This role requires close collaboration with the Director of Academics to maintain academic excellence and integrity across programs. Key Responsibilities 1- Content Creation & Curriculum Development: Develop, design, and update comprehensive course materials on research methods, data analytics, and technology courses. Ensure that content is engaging, evidence-based, and aligned with current academic and industry standards. Collaborate with faculty members to integrate research insights and innovative teaching methods into course materials. 2- Thesis & Research Proposal Evaluation: Learn and implement standardized marking procedures for theses and research proposals. Review, assess, and validate the grading process to ensure academic rigor and fairness. Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their research and academic performance. 3- Academic Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Director of Academics to align content and evaluation strategies with departmental goals. Participate in curriculum review meetings, academic committees, and quality assurance processes. Monitor and incorporate best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment methods. 4- Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in research methods, data analytics, and technology. Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance academic expertise. Contribute to the department’s knowledge base through research and scholarly publications.
