IoT Support Intern (Field Operations)

Key features of the product and service model include: 5-star ACs, intelligent systems for optimized performance and predictive maintenance, energy consumption analytics, an electricity bill management tool, and no-cost maintenance services and spare parts as part of the fixed monthly subscription rate (with no additional costs). Our vision is to build a fully circular model for cooling solutions, from design through to the end of product life, harmonized across all lifecycle stages. We focus on both the B2C and B2B segments, especially small businesses that dominate the Indian landscape. About the role: We are looking for energetic and committed interns currently pursuing their graduation to join our IoT Support Team. This is a field-intensive role where you will interact with existing customers, collect important device and usage data, and conduct surveys. Note: The role is open to both technical and non-technical candidates. Field training and operational guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Visit existing customer sites 5 days a week for surveys and data collection related to IoT devices. Collect, validate, and report accurate field data. Support basic troubleshooting tasks if required (training provided). Maintain daily logs and update the support team regularly. Attend 1 day of weekly review/coordination work at office or remotely. Requirements: Must be currently pursuing graduation (any stream). Willingness to travel and work on-field 5 days every week. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and responsible in field operations. Having a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred (travel allowance will be reimbursed). Basic awareness of IoT concepts is an advantage but not mandatory. What we offer: Stipend between ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. Travel reimbursement for field visits.
