Job Overview: As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, providing valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks. Market Research: Assist in researching and analyzing industry trends and compensation data. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
