Job Title: Relationship Manager – Business Leadership League Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: Fresher or up to 2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Relationship Manager will support the CEO and key team members by conducting market research, engaging with decision-makers, facilitating key appointments, and representing BLL on various platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong LinkedIn presence, and confidence in interacting with top executives. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the CEO and key team members. Conduct research on target audiences to identify potential business opportunities. Reach out to decision-makers, including MDs, CEOs, and senior executives. Generate appointments and invite decision-makers as guests to BLL events. Accompany the CEO to key meetings and engagements. Represent BLL on various business and networking platforms to enhance visibility. Support podcast initiatives, including guest outreach, content planning, and promotion. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in Marketing or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong LinkedIn presence and knowledge of business networking. Confidence in interacting with high-level decision-makers. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong research and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, or networking roles is a plus. Understanding of SME and corporate ecosystems.
