Motion Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer Location: Faridabad Experience: 3 to 5 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a Skilled and Creative “Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer” with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team who will be responsible to create compelling visual content, articulate imagination to reality in a creative way that aligns with our brand and engages our audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Design high-quality Graphics for Digital and Print media, Motion Graphics for social media, Exhibitions, Brand website and basic animation. • Work with marketing team to visualize the storytelling and create visually compelling media. • Create Video Storyboards, Videos with Motion graphics, Edit and enhance existing videos and adding basic animations wherever required. • Stay updated on new design trends and tools, providing design suggestions, fresh ideas and innovation to the team. • Usage of AI tools to create the real-life scenarios. • Photography/Video shoot skill is a plus. • Understanding of UI/UX is an added advantage. Performance Measurement Criteria: • Creative Quality and Quantity Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Graphic and Motion Graphic design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software. CorelDRAW experience is a plus. • Understanding of Brand guidelines, visual composition, typography and color theory. • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines. • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
