Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following roles at our Satara plant. Job Description: Prepare yearly sales Plan. Prepare and execute monthly sales plan. Sales target achievement monthly/quarterly/yearly. Coordination and expansion of distribution channel. Controlling sale and collection. Relationship management with dealer, retailer and farmer. Promotion and marketing activities. Creating Demand for product at farmer, dealer & milking collection centre level. Retaining existing sales and develop new customers by developing sales strategies. Conduct market survey and create innovative campaigns/experiments. Resolve customer’s issues. Skills to retain credit money. Generate sales & marketing reports. Engage with Dealer, Milk Collection Centre and Farmer to promote the company’s brand image and build a strong network/relationship. Desired Candidate Profile: Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with min. 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly within the animal feed/agricultural industry/FMCG/Pharma.
