Job Title: Quality Coach Shift Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Office, 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST Office Location: Kharadi, Pune, IN Join Our Team at UnboundB2B Job description: Monitor calls and coach the BDRs for performance enhancement and call quality. Conduct disposition analysis and build insights for coaching Prepare TNA and provide insights for the Ops department Conduct Need based trainings to enhance call quality Ensure calibration of the Process standards and run activities to drive consistency Audit call notes and Lead handover to deliver better quality Provide learning and coaching opportunities to program teams, and work with supervisors to take corrective action if necessary. Prepare reports and manage data relevant to the program performance and Coaching plans. Key Qualifications: College Degree in any stream Experience in coaching and good understanding of the different coaching concepts Adept at engaging with international clientele Able to effectively understand and communicate using American dialect. Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Any candidate with BDR/ SDR experience SQL/BANT/Appointment Gen, campaign types in Demand Generation Drafting call notes/ call comments for client deliveries.
