Job Role : Content Strategist Job Description: We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead the development of our content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing principles, excellent writing and communication skills, and preferably having some experience working in the beauty or skincare industry. Location: Kolkata, Sector-V, Salt Lake Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: · Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas · Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends · Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas · Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars · Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition · Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy · Overseeing writing style and tone for all content · Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed · Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms · Conducting periodic content audits · Tracking and calculating content ROI · Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives · Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion · Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not. Required Skills & Qualifications : 1. 4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. 2. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 3. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including content strategy, creation, and optimization. 4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools. 6. Analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure content performance. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with SEO principles and keyword research. 2. Knowledge of email marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, CleverTap or WebEngage 3. Certifications in content marketing, such as HubSpot or American Marketing Association (AMA).
