Role : We are seeking a dynamic, high ownership and organised individual to join Newton School. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating various non-academic activities, clubs, events, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall student experience. Responsibilities :- Event Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute diverse events catering to students, ensuring they align with the program's objectives and enhance student Club Management. Oversee various student clubs, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure their effective functioning and contribution to the student. Student Body Management: Act as the central point of contact for the student body, addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and advocating for student. Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies promoting events and clubs, ensuring high visibility and brand awareness, and leveraging various channels for effective outreach. Requirements :- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Previous experience in event management, student affairs, or program coordination within an academic setting is advantageous. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire student groups, manage diverse responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, faculty, and external stakeholders effectively. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve common objectives.
