Job Description

CTC: 14-18LPA (FixedVariable) Results and Activities Drive Lead Generation through SEO,SEM & Referral Marketing & increase brand awareness Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, email, paid social, content, referral, partnerships, etc.) to generate leads and drive business opportunities and leads worth INR 200 Crore Build a strong referral database to implement a robust referral marketing framework. Mining of opportunities from newly turned customers Collaborate with product, design, content, engineering, and sales teams to craft compelling ads, UVP, and website content. Managing and building marketing kits and materials: Case Studies, Testimonials, product brochure, pitch decks, and others as required. Analytics & Reporting Monitor full-funnel metrics(traffic, leads, conversion, revenue) Regularly update MIS data with key performance metrics with key customer insights, and action steps Manage and report leads from different sources on the CRM Monitor industry trends and gather customer insights to run efficient marketing campaigns. Proficient in tools like (GA, GSC, Google Ads, LookerStudio) Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint Build a team of A-players Drive Daily huddles, weekly check-ins & quarterly reviews to help the team focus on what is more important & help them to achieve goals Drive a culture of continual improvement within the team Identify the skill gaps & develop an L&D plan for each team member Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors 5 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing and at least 1 year in B2B/B2C Marketing is preferred , with at least 2 years of leading a marketing function in driving business growth. Deep Expertise and track record of success in one or two domains of Digital Marketing & good understanding of others (Referral, SEO, SEM, social media, email) Proficient in analytics tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics & Google Ads Skills (Functional and Non-Technical) Ability to engage with prospects & identify their challenges Proficient in team management Strong communication skills Strong creative & copy-writing sensibility Collaboration Behaviors or Traits (Technical and Non-Technical): Go-getter Having an empathetic mindset Attitude for self-development & continual improvement Persistent What makes this role exciting: Great autonomy You will be a part of a hungry, hard-working, and problem-solving leadership team of 6-8 people.
