Job purpose We are looking for a young & motivated Engineer to join our team As a Lead for Tele sales for IQS they will be responsible for Connecting with Funnel Contacts, Qualifying leads, reviving Cold Opportunities and setting up technical meeting calls with customers. The incumbent will be responsible for Tele calling, Lead qualification, CRM hygiene, Populating customers for Marketing events (Seminars and Webinars). He shall also for a part of Nurture campaign to irrigate the Cold Leads, Contacts and Opportunities based on product interest in coordination with PSM and CS leads. This position has tremendous potential of growth for the right candidate. This profile also provides end to end understanding of Data system, process, CRM and involves usage of best-in-class system and technologies. Main Accountabilities Understanding of CRM Sales Force Process flow of Lead à Contactà Opportunity and the associated workflows. Qualify Leads/Contacts Qualify and confirm Interest in product /solution Tele calling Cold Contacts in CRM and maintain Data hygiene and harmonization. Tele call and populate Contacts for Webinar Tele call, Invite and populate Contacts for Seminar and customer events in QEC Follow a process to Quantify Disqualified leads and segment for analysis. Job Specifications Education Diploma or Graduate Engineer preferably with CRM knowledge Experience / Skills 3 years of experience in Metrology domain Adept at any one CS segment – Auto, Aerospace, Medical or Consumer electronics from a component manufacturing perspective. Exposure and conceptual understanding of manufacturing in Mechanical industry of processes and applications. Good Tele skills, imagination and ability to perceive customers’ needs over a phone call.
