Job Summary: Job Title: Back Office Operations Executive Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our stock broking business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account processing, trade reconciliation, client servicing, and regulatory support in equity, derivatives, and currency segments. Prior experience in broking back-office functions and familiarity with regulatory processes will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle client onboarding processes, including document verification, KYC compliance, and account activation. Process demat account opening forms and coordinate with depositories like CDSL/NSDL. Ensure timely data entry, document management, and file uploads in back-office systems. Perform daily trade reconciliation with stock exchanges (NSE/BSE). Process fund and securities pay-in/pay-out in CM, F&O, and CDS segments. Maintain client records, transaction history, and assist in client query resolutions. Assist in settlement obligations and ensure adherence to T1/T2 settlement cycles. Generate reports for internal management and regulatory filing. Support compliance activities related to client reporting, trade confirmation, and financial updates. Coordinate with the RMS, Compliance, and Dealer teams for smooth trading operations. Maintain accurate logs of transactions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. Assist with IPO applications, rights issues, and share buybacks for clients. Handle basic accounting tasks and back-office entries related to brokerage, charges, etc. Regularly update systems as per circulars from SEBI, NSE, BSE, and CDSL. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred). 1–3 years of experience in stock broking back-office operations. Knowledge of NSE, BSE, CDSL systems, and regulatory processes. Familiarity with back-office software (e.g., LD, ODIN Admin, or similar platforms). Good communication skills (written and verbal).
