Job Description

KEY PURPOSE: The ERM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework based on Global Compliance Guidelines. The ERM Manager will collaborate with various departments promote a risk-aware culture and enhance the organization's ability to manage uncertainties effectively. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL: This role shall be part of the ERM team as per the Teleperformance risk management framework. Inter-alia the responsibility of the role includes: Risk Identification and Assessment : Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization. Analyze risk data and trends to evaluate the impact and likelihood of risks. Develop risk profiles and maintain an updated risk register Risk Mitigation and Control: Develop, implement, and oversee risk mitigation strategies, while collaborating with departments to ensure that risk controls are seamlessly integrated into business processes. Risk Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the Global compliance Team. Communicate risk management policies and procedures to all employees. Promote a risk-aware culture through training and awareness programs. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements : Following up with different departments/stakeholders to ensure all risks relevant to industry, laws and regulations are captured in Risk Register and ensuring mitigation plan is executed to reduce the risk value. Liaise with external auditors as and when needed Risk Management Framework Development : Liaison with TP Global Compliance on Enterprise Risk Management framework and tools. Establish and maintain an enterprise risk management framework for TP India Technical Knowledge and Skills Expertise in using risk management software such as Eramba, Archer, or similar tools for risk assessment and reporting. Proficiency in audit and assessment tools to conduct regular risk audits, assessments and Risk Register management. Ability to clearly articulate risk-related information to various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and Global Compliance team. Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations. Exercise initiative and judgement in all aspects of work. Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in internal control environment. Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in risk assessments and reports. Knowledge of Info security (Preferable) Inter-Personal Knowledge and Skills Present a professionally competent and credible image. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. Team player Ability to adapt and perform well in a pressurized working environment Planning and organizational skills Professionalism and positive attitude Honesty and integrity Business Unit -IBU Process/Campaign – Compliance Grade: 3 Shift Window : As per process requirement Week Offs : As per process requirement Qualifications and training: Mandatory Graduation Preferred MBA Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), or equivalent (ISO). Preferred experience in working with understanding ERM Tools (Eramba, Archer etc) ADDITIONAL/SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE ROLE: Keep up to date with the latest trends in risk management practices. Willingness to travel Preferably to have a passport.
