Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of data-driven performance marketing and creative digital marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and more. · Optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, focusing on CPC, CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition. · Manage SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility. · Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates. · Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools. · Manage budget allocation across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal spending efficiency. · Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance user engagement and ad effectiveness. · Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. · Experience: minimum 8 years in digital marketing and performance marketing (preferably in consumer electronics). · Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising. · Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools. · Ability to create data-driven marketing strategies with clear performance KPIs. · Experience in email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus. · Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing digital campaigns.
