Deputy Manager - L&D (Product & Sales Trainer)

Position Title: Deputy Manager/Manager- L&D Product & Sales training Grade: Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager Experience : 5-12 years Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream / Master's preferred Required Skillset: Proven track record in designing, developing and executing impactful Product training programs. Proven experience in training frontline and sales teams. Expertise in content development on the lines of product, sales, process, soft skills and creating role-specific training modules. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Roles and Responsibility: Training Design & Delivery: Develop and conduct Product, Process, Sales, Functional, and Soft Skills training for teams across: Sales : Retail, Exports, ISPs, Food Service. Agriculture verticals . Corporate or Enabling Functions like HR, IT, Finance, etc. Content Development & LMS Management: Create and update high-quality training content tailored to organizational and team-specific needs. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery, tracking, and reporting. Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Develop training plans and schedules based on TNA outcomes. Performance Measurement: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance improvements. Continuously improve training modules based on participant and stakeholder feedback. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals. Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for specialized training needs. Innovative Learning Solutions: Introduce modern and interactive training methods, including e-learning, gamification, and blended learning.
