Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 Years CTC: ₹30,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 LPA Department: Business Development / Digital Marketing Reporting To: Director – Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our digital marketing services vertical. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the digital marketing industry. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital trends are essential. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets Build strong client relationships and understand their digital marketing needs Pitch customized digital solutions and proposals to prospective clients Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align service delivery with client expectations Monitor competition, market trends, and emerging technologies Maintain sales pipeline and report progress to senior management Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to meet high-value targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong client management and relationship-building skills Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Experience in corporate pitching and proposal writing Understanding of performance metrics and ROI-driven campaigns
