As a part of our growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and meaningful interactions with customers, driving engagement, and enhancing overall satisfaction at every stage of their journey with us. Role Overview: Customer Support Coordinator ️: Serve as the first point of contact for customers through email, phone, or chat, ensuring a seamless experience. Order Tracking & Support : Track orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses to all customer tickets. Relationship Builder : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and heard. Customer Feedback Loop ️: Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to improve products and services. CRM Management : Organize customer interactions and data using CRM tools to ensure accurate records and communication. Problem-Solver : Resolve customer concerns with empathy and creative solutions. Brand Advocate : Represent the company’s values and provide an exceptional customer experience to encourage loyalty and satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Graduate in Business, Communications, or a similar field. Strong Communication Skills ️ with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically. Customer-Centric : Positive attitude, passionate about delivering outstanding service. Multitasker : Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. CRM Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required. Problem-Solving Mindset : Quick-thinking and adaptable to resolve issues effectively.
