Job Details Role : International Admission Counsellor / International Senior Admission Counsellor Industry : Edtech Department : Counselling Qualification : Any Graduate Work Type : Onsite Shift Timing : 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Night Shift) Experience : Min 2 years into inside sales Location : D Mall , 4th floor (408) Rohini , Delhi Nearest metro : Rohini west Salary : Upto 70K (Incentives as per the performance ) Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred Responsibilities Lead Management : Contact potential customers using inbound leads. Follow up with calls and emails to turn leads into sales. Sales Conversion : Explain our services clearly and turn leads into customers. Conduct online demos for prospects to help them understand our services. Product Presentation : Use your knowledge of our services to present them in an engaging way. Listen carefully to prospects and provide solutions that meet their needs. Quota Achievement : Close sales and consistently meet monthly sales targets. Reporting & Tracking : Use CRM software to track your progress with prospects. Provide regular updates to your manager on your sales performance. Client Relationship : Stay in touch with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with our services. Training : Attend training sessions to learn about new products and services. Requirements Experience : At least 1 year of experience in Inside sales or as an Admission Counsellor. Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills. Active listening and confident speaking.
