Junior Architect

Job description We are Expanding our Team We are looking for dynamic, sharp individuals who are unique with their talents and identity to make an altogether new box of creativity in a team. Responsibilities: Assist in Design Development: Collaborating with senior architects to develop conceptual designs, prepare drawings. Drafting and Documentation: Utilizing CAD software to produce detailed and construction drawings. Presentation Support: Utilizing Sketch up and Photoshop to Prepare visual presentations with, renderings, and graphics to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders. Coordination with Consultants: Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other consultants of the project. Project Coordination: Assisting in project coordination efforts, including attending meetings, documenting discussions, and tracking project milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Proficiency in AUTOCAD software and other tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Word, Excel, SketchUp). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Previous internship or work experience in architecture is preferred. Attributes: Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative design solutions and explore alternative approaches.
