Good communication skills should be able to clearly articulate. All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have. Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand) Candidate should be well versed with reporting, professional in MS tools (for SME) Candidate should hold strong domain knowledge - US Residential mortgage - Origination, preclosing, post-closing, processing, underwriting etc. with good communication skills.
