The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum, school administration, and child-centric education. Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Oversee the design and implementation of the curriculum and lesson planning and ensure compliance with SOPs related to academic operations. Monitor academic planning, lesson delivery, Classroom observation, logbook, classwork and homework checking, and also monitor students’ performance across all grades on routine basis Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the use of technology in classrooms. Strategise all SOPs and ensure its implementation in order to build a robust system Administrative Management Manage day-to-day school operations efficiently. Ensure proper maintenance of school infrastructure, safety protocols, and hygiene standards. Liaise with the CBSE Board and ensure timely submission of reports, data, and compliance documentation. Design and implement systems to ensure pupils safety and discipline within the school campus. Reporting to the school director about all anomalies/gaps in process and execution. Staff Management Lead, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance appraisals. Create a supportive and collaborative working environment for faculty and staff. Student Development Promote and plan co-curricular and extracurricular activities to ensure all-round development across grades Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. Implement systems for student assessment, counseling, and special education needs (if applicable). Parental & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback systems. Represent the school in community and educational forums. Promote the school’s vision, mission, and achievements to stakeholders.
