Company Description Nishkaiv Solutions is an ITES start-up passionate about delivering impactful solutions in integration and middleware technologies. We’re seeking two enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Junior consultants and grow with us for a WSO2 project. Requirement 1 - Job Title: Junior Consultant Location: [Thrissur] | Job Type: [Full-Time] Key Responsibilities: - WSO2 Middleware Support: - Learn and assist in setting up and maintaining WSO2 platforms, such as API Manager and Identity Server. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of WSO2 systems. Basic Infrastructure Tasks: - Provide basic support for servers, networks, and cloud environments that host WSO2 applications. - Participate in routine tasks like system monitoring, backups, and updates. Learning & Development: - Actively engage in training sessions to understand WSO2 tools and middleware concepts. - Stay updated with emerging technologies related to infrastructure and integration. Troubleshooting: - Identify and assist in resolving basic technical issues within the WSO2 environment. - Work closely with senior consultants to gain hands-on problem-solving skills. Documentation: - Prepare accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and learnings. - Maintain records related to IT assets and WSO2 systems. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Freshers. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Technical Skills: - Basic understanding of middleware platforms, cloud environments, and networking concepts, familiarity with Java and should possess strong logic. - Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory. Soft Skills: - Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Requirement 2 - Job Title: Junior Consultant Location: [Thrissur] | Job Type: [Full-Time] Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, configuring, and deploying APIs and integrations using WSO2 platforms. - Work collaboratively with the team to understand project requirements and technical specifications. - Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the effective performance of solutions. - Learn and adapt to WSO2 tools, technologies, and methodologies. - Contribute to technical documentation and process improvements. - Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions. Experience: Freshers. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of API concepts, RESTful services, and software development principles. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Knowledge of XML, JSON, and database systems is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): - Exposure to WSO2 tools like API Manager or Enterprise Integrator. - Basic understanding of DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
