The AWS Serverless Developer will own architecting, building and managing serverless applications using AWS services. They are expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, technical project managers, principal engineers and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a complex web-based GUI application using Spring Boot and Java. Utilize Java core APIs to enhance application functionality and performance. Design and optimize SQL queries for Oracle RDBMS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases. Gain deep understanding of Health Insurance Pricing and Underwriting domain to align software solutions with business needs. Analyze underwriting rules and logic to ensure software solutions meet business requirements effectively. Apply strong systems analysis skills within an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. Qualifications: Required Skills: Technology Stack: Spring boot, Java, SQL Extensive experience in Spring Boot and Java development. Proficiency in Java core APIs and strong coding abilities. Experience with SQL and databases, including Oracle RDBMS , MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Ability to learn and comprehend complex business domains, particularly Health Insurance Pricing and Underwriting. Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Prior experience in an advisory role, preferably in another Fortune 50 company, is desirable. Good knowledge in Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management Required Experience & Education: 5 years of experience. Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions. College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/computer science or equivalent work experience.
