Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, helping us build a strong employer brand, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications. Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment databases. Provide feedback and follow-ups to candidates throughout the hiring cycle. Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives. Monitor and report on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire). Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for Corporate Sales. Understanding of employer branding strategies. Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
