If yes, we’re looking for YOU. Spryb Digital, a smart and strategic digital growth company, is looking for a Founder's Office Intern — someone who wants front-row seats to the hustle of building a business, minus the drama of reality TV. Location: On-site (Delhi NCR) Duration: 2-3 months (with the possibility of extension or PPO if you dazzle us) Stipend: Yes, we pay (in actual money, not pizza and praise) INR - 7k -10k per month. What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers): Chief Chaos Controller: Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, project tracking, and making things look way more organized than they are. Deck Whisperer: Help build snazzy presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that tell our story like a Netflix mini-series. Research Rockstar: Market research, competitor analysis, trends — you’ll Google like a boss (responsibly, of course). Scribe Supreme: Take notes during meetings, convert them into action plans, and maybe throw in a witty remark or two. Task-Ninja: No job too big, no task too small — from brainstorming campaign ideas to booking calendars like a wizard. Who You Are (a.k.a. What We’re Looking For): Final year student or recent grad who thrives on ownership and curiosity. Excellent communication and organizational skills (Slack, Notion, Trello — we like tools). An eye for detail, a flair for writing, and a love for memes (not required, but strongly encouraged). Hustler mindset — you’re not afraid to take initiative and figure things out. Bonus if you’ve ever worked on a startup, side project, or tried to launch a podcast that never saw Episode 2. Why You’ll Love It: Direct mentorship from the Founder (yes, Palash Goorha himself).
