Job Title: Ticketing Reservation Executive – B2C (Travel Industry) Location: Chandigarh Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Depend on skills and Experience) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Reservation Executive (B2C) to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2C ticketing and reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of domestic and international travel booking. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end B2C flight reservations (domestic & international). Manage bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and customer queries effectively. Ensure error-free issuance and reissuance of tickets using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or any other Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and fare rules. Assist with travel documentation where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a ticketing/reservation role (B2C segment preferred). Proficient in GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo). Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
