Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital and print design, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure brand consistency across all media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative designs for marketing campaigns, branding, websites, social media, and print materials. Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality visual output. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals that align with business objectives. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their skills. Maintain brand identity standards and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices. Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior role . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, typography, and layout. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
