Summary : As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals across various specialties with our federal Clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and recruitment best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities : Source and identify healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, allied health, etc.) using job boards, databases, networking, and other sourcing techniques. Post job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a pool of active candidates for current and future openings. Qualifications & Requirements : Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a related industry. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.
