We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our high performing technology team, someone who is a passionate writer with a superior command of the English language. The job entails working closely with Cloud IT team of Consultants to develop, enhance, review and research content appropriate for the market in which the Company competes. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the edge of Cloud technology services evolution amidst a cadre of super smart technologists Also this involves to develop internal & external communications plan for multiple product/services from different vertical. Create content for blogs, articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos, podcasts, and the company website. Roles and Responsibilities Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical business audiences. Ensure content accuracy, quality, and adherence to company style guidelines, brand voice, and tone. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and content marketing strategies to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our content. Develop and write marketable technical content including blog posts, user guides, product documentation, FAQs, and other relevant materials. Conduct in-depth research on Cloud industry-related topics, latest trends, and emerging technologies to ensure accurate and up-to-date content. Collaborate with Cloud IT subject matter experts, product & Service managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for content development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to support content-related initiatives and campaigns. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to gain insights and make data-driven recommendations for content improvement and optimization. Experience Blogger writing technical articles, blogs, video-blogs Experience developing documentation and online help for IT Services, software applications Experience working in agile development teams Experience working with a cloud-based content delivery system Experience working with multiple authoring tools Experience writing software/platform documentation Experience in content management systems Hands-on with technical content information development processes comprising content planning, content creation, and content review. Follows technical blogs specifically related to any of the following: cloud computing, cloud migrations, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, Data Engineering, Data Migration, Data Analytics, Data Sciences Detail-oriented, well-organised and possess the ability to work in cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects under competing deadlines. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in simple text. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in a technology-focused industry or organization. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them effectively to various audiences. Proficiency in researching and organizing complex information from diverse sources. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
