Role Overview: We are seeking a Data Insights Intern to join our innovative team and revolutionise the way we optimise campaigns. As a pivotal member of our agency, you will play a critical role in enhancing efficiencies, maximising performance, and shaping strategic initiatives through insightful data analysis. Responsibilities: Be eager to learn how to track campaign performance and gather insights to improve results. Show enthusiasm for reviewing campaign data and spotting key trends, with support from the team. Work with different teams and be open to learning how data-driven decisions are made. Develop skills in organising and checking campaign data with guidance. Gain experience in creating simple reports and presentations on data insights. Stay curious while monitoring live campaigns and learning to identify key trends. Build confidence in gathering data for reports and summarising key findings. Show a keen interest in audience research and basic strategy planning, with opportunities to learn from the team. Requirements: Eager to learn how to look at data and spot simple patterns or trends. Enthusiastic about digital marketing and keen to learn more about paid and organic campaigns. Willing to develop skills in Excel/Google Sheets for basic data organisation tasks. Keen to improve attention to detail and learn how to solve problems effectively. Open to learning how to communicate ideas clearly with team members. Excited to develop new skills and grow in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys working as part of a team, eager to help out, and keen to learn from others.
