What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement the full digital marketing strategy across multiple channels Drive online traffic, improve conversion rates, and support eCommerce performance Lead on SEO, PPC, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and paid social Optimise customer journeys across all online touchpoints Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver results-driven campaigns Report on performance, using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a growing team Creative thinking and a passion for delivering engaging digital experiences Why Join?
